Basic
Cleaning
- Pricing: $150 for the first 3 hours, then $40 per hour thereafter.
- Minimum Service Hours: A minimum of 3 hours is required for all hourly services.
- Tiered Pricing for Frequency:
- – One-time services: Standard rates.
- – Biweekly services: 5% discount.
- – Weekly services: 10% discount.
- Peak Hour Surcharges: A 20% surcharge applies to services on weekends, holidays, or after 6 PM.
- Advance Booking Requirement: Services must be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
- Travel Fees: A $25 travel fee applies for clients located more than 30 km away.
Deep
Cleaning

Membership & Cancellation Policy
Membership
- One-time Payment: $100 for 15% off on every service.
Cancellation Policy
- Fee: Charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
All services can be selected as organic, regular, or sanitizing based on client preferences.
